How to Use

1. Prepare the Water:
   Heat water to a temperature as warm as you can comfortably tolerate.
2. Add the Mixture:
   Add a generous handful (or approximately ½ cup) of the blend to a bucket of hot water.
3. Activate with Prayer:
   Speak your full name over the mixture. Call upon your Ancestors and ask them to remove all that is unclean or not in alignment with your highest good.
4. Cleanse Your Body:
   First, take a regular shower or bath to physically cleanse your body.
   If using a bathtub, be sure to clean the tub before proceeding to the spiritual rinse.
5. Spiritual Rinse:
   Using the prepared mixture, wash your entire body in the following order:
   Hands, face, arms, head, torso, legs, then feet.
   Move with intention and mindfulness, allowing the water to carry away what no longer serves you.

Each portion of this blend provides up to 7 uses.
